Incona Mega was first established in 1981 to carry out the business of participating in international tenders of Railway Corporation of Malaysia for the supply of rolling stocks. During those period Incona Mega business activities mostly in association with MNC from Japan, France, Turkey and Yugoslavia. After economic crisis in the mid 80s, Incona Mega focuses on local laboratory design, contracting and supply project. Incona Mega successfully delivered on turnkey basis laboratory for various universities and research institute such as ITM (UiTM) – electroplating, lapidary, gemology, textile, wood working, fine metal; FRIM – wood working workshop; SIRIM – ceramic Lab; IMR – Hematology Lab; Ittar faculty of engineering; KDU Smart school lab to name some. Almost all the laboratory were delivered on the concept of from ideas to reality. This mean the facility was design, build and equip by Incona mega before delivery to the clients. In many cases the project involves arranging financing and training for the client. The scopes usually involve consultancy, project management, contracting, and procurement. Incona Mega work closely with the clients, consultants, suppliers, financiers and authority to ensure the success of all the projects. Incona Mega source direct all the materials and equipment for each project. In all Incona Mega has the experience in handling any development of facility for school. Colleges, universities, training and research centres and hospital. The biggest job handled worth RM 10.0m.
