Incona Mega buys Direct for all its need. Discounts secured from manufacturers and principals from around the world are extended to its customers. Products we have bought and supplied to-date were rolling stocks, machineries, generator, plants, furniture, equipments, instrument, chemicals, and consumables. Services sold and delivered were: Design, Supply, Contracting, Project Consultancy and Management plus installation and commissioning of various Laboratory and workshop facilities for schools, colleges, universities, training centers, research institutes and hospitals. Incona Mega also trades petroleum products and fine metals such as gold wafers and silver bars.

Profile
Incona Mega was established in 1981, December by Nasarudin a young Enterprising International Trader then. He has been active in buying used cars from Germany, refurbished then sells them to Turkey in the late 1970s. At the same time he was active in trading commodity such tin, rubber and timber from Malaysia to Iran.
Back in Malaysia Mr. Nasarudin was attached to Japanese Commodity Trading organization as Trader. With entrepreneurial spirit running high, he established Incona Mega. The objective was to emulate the trading activities of Japanese sogososha. Trading products like machines and equipments in association with Japanese organization such as C.Itoh, Iwatani; Turkish -GAMA, Yugoslavia – Intertrade; and many other international trading partners then was the key activities.
In the 90, Turnkey consultancy and project section became another key sector. The focus of this turnkey consultancy and project activities were on the development of facilities like laboratory, training workshop, waste treatment system for schools, colleges, universities, training centers and research institute; and hospitals. Incona Mega customers range from SMART School like KDU, universities like UiTM, UTM, UMS; research center like IMR; industrial training center ITTAR, standard institute - SIRIM, Environmental departments and Oil company’s such as BP, Esso etc.
Incona Mega over the years had acted in many capacities to their clients such Project Consultant, Project Manager, Procurement Specialist, Suppliers and Contractors.
Right information, research, due diligence, experience, network and timing have been the key factors behind Incona Mega’s success in delivering beyond its customers’ expectation. Ethical aspects in its activities are the key driver in securing customers. Incona Mega over the years had procured and delivered plant and machineries, equipments, instruments, furniture, chemicals, vehicles, rolling stock, trailers, diesel & fuel oil tankers and consumables related to projects awarded. As an entrepreneur and leader of his organization Nasarudin, MBA, RFC (doctoral candidate) has also been interested in the global presence. His long interest in Soviet Union now Russian Federation is known to all around him. In 2009 he went to Russia on a business opportunity fact finding trip. The excitement of wide trading opportunities offer by Russian Federation led Incona Mega into three months campaign through national newspaper Utusan Malaysia. Now Incona Mega is determined to be one of the key players of trading between Malaysia and the Russian Federation. Incona Mega saw the greatest opportunity would come from the energy sectors. Moving to that direction, Incona Mega now establishes working relationships with traders and refineries in ASEAN. Incona Mega looks forward to be the link between Russian energy producers and consumers in Asia.
